looks like jake "needs" to dissapear again... this time for real... i hope

well, today my truck gave me problems i never had from 'er before, and i said, i'm done with it and planned on trading it in and getting some beater to drive around until i can afford something, but that idea didn't go so swell. my parents basically told me i need to get a job pronto or i'm not driving anymore and that we're not getting rid of my truck and i'm fixing everything. so i need a new transmission and a new transfer case at the least.

and i need to find a job real soon so i can finance this stuff, might have to ask for a loan from someone very special... hopefully i can find my finances anyways.

Besides that i recently got accepted to kettering (#1 engineering school in the country()) and even after their merit scholarship (10k per year) it's still a little under 20k a year for tuition and boarding only. so i need to work on finishing up my enrollment and start finding scholarships. good thing about that is that it's a co-op school so i'm actually working half of the school year (3 months at a time) and making good pay for a young person.

Hunting season is coming up and i haven't even started to get ready. i need mah deerz (stfu peta)

exams right before thanksgiving... my grades seem to be slipping a little bit as well

basically life has turned from mellow and cool to not knowing what the fuck is going on in a time period of two weeks. hopefully i can surface here and there for times and catch up with other people.


Edit: i has a job now.. in a fancy italian restaurant... i'm working the banquets good monah. one thing out of the way.
